Why are fees levied?

It takes monumental resources and epic effort to organize the International Data Science Olympiad (IDSOL) worldwide annually. The fees levied by the organizing committee contribute to the costs of these resources and effort, including food, beverages, human resources, and posterboard printing. No profits are extracted from these fees.

How are fees levied?

Registration fees are only collected from teams invited to the IDSOL finals. The payment details will be provided along with the invitation letter and visa application support letter. Fee depends on the country of representation:

Category A: High income.
Category B: Upper middle income.
Category C: Low and lower middle income.

What fees are levied?

Standard Fee:

Category A: €314.16 per team
Category B: €271.83 per team
Category C: €141.42 per team

Late Fee (after September 19th):

Category A: €440.00 per team
Category B: €380.00 per team
Category C: €200.00 per team

Cancellation:

Before 30 working days of the Finals: 70% refund and €50 fee
Within 30 working days of the Finals: 0% refund and €0 fee
